Meet Sarah

Hi there! Are you looking to get to know me? My name is Sarah, pleasure to meet you. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years experience working with individuals and families. My educational background includes psychology, addiction studies, and social work. My previous work experience includes child welfare, adoption casework, and community-based psychosocial rehabilitation services.

I know how heavy life can feel when anxiety or depression gets in the way of the things that matter most. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many people who felt stuck in that place, and I’ve seen how powerful it can be to finally find relief and hope again.

My passion is helping motivated and insightful adults understand how their past experiences are still shaping them today. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective therapy that allows people to process what’s been holding them back and move toward the future with more clarity and confidence.

Therapy with me isn’t about judgment or labels. It’s about creating a safe and supportive space where you are accepted exactly as you are. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and encouragement as you work through challenges and discover new possibilities for yourself. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, confidence, and a path forward that feels right for you.
